His small selection of wines originate in his 2.5-ha vineyard, which he tends entirely by hand. He grew up here, in El Pinell de Brai, and returned to start making wine just over a decade ago. Whole clusters are foot stomped before a manual basket pressing. Wine is only moved by gravity and no temperature control is used. He vinifies in stainless steel or locally made (using clay from Pinell) amphora.
