Shipping Policy – La Produ Wines
1. Order Conditions
All orders placed through our website www.laproduwines.com are processed by La Producteria S.L., C/ Barbieri 21, 28004 Madrid, Spain.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally allowed to purchase alcoholic beverages in your country of residence.
🟣 Minimum Order Quantity:
To complete checkout, all orders must include a minimum of 3 bottles (of any combination of products). Orders below this quantity cannot be processed or shipped.
2. Product Availability
All wines displayed as available are normally in stock. However, since we also operate a physical shop in Madrid and ship twice a week, it may occasionally happen that a wine becomes unavailable after purchase. In such case, the unavailable item will be immediately refunded.
3. Shipping Schedule and Delivery Times
Orders are shipped twice per week (Madrid local time):

Orders placed between Thursday 11:00 a.m. and Tuesday 11:00 a.m. are shipped on Tuesday.

Orders placed between Tuesday 11:00 a.m. and Thursday 11:00 a.m. are shipped on Thursday.
Estimated delivery times:

Spain: 24–48 hours after dispatch.

Other EU countries: 5–7 working days.
We temporarily pause shipments during high summer months (June–August) to prevent heat damage during transport.
4. Delivery Service and Costs
Shipments are handled exclusively by DHL.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and total weight or order value.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, DHL will leave a notice indicating a new delivery attempt or the pick-up point. If the parcel is not collected in time and is returned to us, the reshipping costs or return shipping fees will be charged to the customer.
5. Inspection Upon Delivery
Please check your delivery upon arrival and compare it with the delivery note.
Any discrepancies or breakage must be reported immediately upon receipt to info@laproduwines.com.
Claims reported later cannot be accepted, as courier insurance only covers immediate notifications.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer remains responsible for shipping costs.
You may choose between:

Reshipping the order (new delivery fee applies), or

Receiving a refund minus the original shipping charge and any return costs.
7. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the website include local taxes (VAT).
Additional delivery costs (if any) are shown during checkout before final payment.
Accepted payment methods include:

Shopify Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
8. Natural Wine Disclaimer
Many of our wines are unfiltered and naturally fermented.
They may display unusual aromas (e.g., earthy, yeasty, volatile acidity) or a cloudy appearance — these characteristics are normal in natural wines and not grounds for refund or replacement.
Variations in cork quality are inherent to natural corks; we cannot be held responsible for cork taint or defects resulting from natural materials.
