Return & Refund Policy – La Produ Wines
We want you to be happy with your purchase. All our wines are selected and stored carefully in our Madrid shop, but as natural products, slight variations are normal. Below you’ll find our return and refund terms, in accordance with European and Spanish consumer laws.
1. Right of Withdrawal
In compliance with Spanish and EU legislation (Law 3/2014 and Directive 2011/83/EU), you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return, provided the bottles are:

Unopened,
-
In their original packaging, and
-
In perfect condition.
Returns are not accepted for opened or damaged bottles, or for wines showing aromas, turbidity, or other natural variations that are typical of natural wines, as these are not considered defects.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return or exchange, please send an email to info@laproduwines.com with:

The shipping label from DHL or other carrier

A photo of the box as received
-
Photos of the product(s) you wish to return or report
Our team will review your request within 3 business days and confirm next steps.
If approved, returns must be sent to:

Return shipping costs are not refundable, unless the error was ours.
3. Accepted Reasons for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Wrong item sent due to our mistake.

Transport damage during delivery (broken or leaking bottles).

Order not received due to shipping error not caused by the customer.
In these cases, we will either resend the product or issue a refund to the same payment method.
4. Non-Accepted Returns
We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

If you no longer want the product but it arrived correctly.

If the package was not collected or delivery failed due to absence.
-
If the product shows characteristics natural to its production (cloudiness, sediments, volatile aromas, etc.).

If the seal or packaging has been opened or altered.
5. Refunds
Once the returned product arrives and is inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the same payment method used for purchase.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If a replacement wine is not available, we will issue a refund instead.

Important Notes

Orders require a minimum of 3 bottles to be processed.

Our wines are natural and artisanal, so appearance and flavor may vary slightly from bottle to bottle.

We pause international shipments during hot summer months (June–August) to avoid heat-related damage.
