The farm is located on the morainic hills of Lower Garda, in Monzambano, in the harmonious environmental context of the Strada Nuvolino. Managed by the young winemaker Paolo Ferri, it has been producing wine since 2010.
The Farm revolves around the cellar: the spontaneously fermented wine is obtained from hand-picked grapes and does not undergo any chemical intervention. Natural wine, the protagonist of this beautiful agricultural reality, is not the only fruit of this synergy between several operators who aspire to produce quality while respecting the environment that surrounds them:
Paolo collaborates with his father's company in the production of olive oil olive extracted from the native Casaliva varieties, honey from the “La terra sotto i pede” project and medicinal plants from Corte Bettini, following strictly natural methods.
