Vinification: Made with the traditional ancestral method, it undergoes a single fermentation in the bottle, using Parellada (80%) and Trepat (20%) grapes. The wine is entirely natural, without the addition of sulfites, yeasts, or other additives, and is both unfiltered and unfined.

The vineyards are farmed biodynamically, and the wine is known for its fresh red fruit aromas, floral notes, and subtle herbal touches. The palate is light and lively, with fine, integrated bubbles. The wine is left to age on its lees for at least 24 months before disgorgin

What a wonderful little wine shop! Was given extraordinary and honest guidance to choose a wine that fit what I was asking for. As someone is still trying to understand natural wine, this was exactly the wine store I needed to visit. The owners were superb, welcoming me as if I was a local. I heard all about the natural wines in Spain, some of the history behind them and their creators. And I walked out the door with a few of the local natural wines under my arm (to take back to Australia). Cannot recommend enough if you’re looking for Spanish natural wine!!

    A natural product with nothing artificial added to the grape growing or during the winemaking processes. Letting nature act with freedom. No additives, no sulfates and no other make ups are allowed to enter in our shop.

    A family business, started by a couple of Uruguayan wine lovers. We always try to get involved in the process, learn, meet most of the producers in person, share a moment, a conversation, a dinner, we go to fairs, harvestings and, in the middle of all that, bring a van loaded with bottles for you.
