inification: Each variety is vinified separately. Sauvignon Blanc is harvested first, in August, partially destemmed, and macerated for five weeks. During maceration, a small portion is gently pressed and the juice is added back to the fermenting mass. Merwah is harvested later, in October, and macerated for three weeks. After pressing, it is blended with the Sauvignon Blanc. The two wines are then aged together in stainless steel tanks for 6–8 months before bottling in spring 2024.

Orange wine.

Made from Merwah, an indigenous Lebanese grape variety, sourced from vines over 150 years old in Bcharre, in the Qannoubine Valley of northern Lebanon at an altitude of 1,700 metres. Blended with Sauvignon Blanc from young vines planted in 2014 in Ainata, in the Bekaa Valley, also at 1,700 metres above sea level.
Yield: 10 hl/ha.
Production: Approximately 4,000 bottles. No added sulfites.

The name Lebnani Abyad translates as “Lebanese White.”
