Sepp and Maria Muster are pioneers of natural winemaking in Styria, Austria, crafting wines
that are the very essence of their biodynamic philosophy. Living and working amidst a breathtaking,
bucolic landscape of steep vineyard slopes, they embrace a harmonious approach to
viticulture—adapting to nature rather than attempting to control it. This is the philosophy that shapes
their wines: precise, vital, and generous expressions of their terroir, reflecting not only the land but
also their way of life.

The *Sauvignon Blanc vom Opok* comes from the youngest vines on their estate, which grow in the
lower parts of the vineyards, where soils rich in sand dominate. These conditions impart a fresh,
vibrant character to the wine, making it accessible yet full of energy. Made exclusively from Sauvignon
Blanc, this wine is one of the shining examples of the Musters' approach—bright, serene, and full of
vitality.

What a wonderful little wine shop! Was given extraordinary and honest guidance to choose a wine that fit what I was asking for. As someone is still trying to understand natural wine, this was exactly the wine store I needed to visit. The owners were superb, welcoming me as if I was a local. I heard all about the natural wines in Spain, some of the history behind them and their creators. And I walked out the door with a few of the local natural wines under my arm (to take back to Australia). Cannot recommend enough if you’re looking for Spanish natural wine!!

    A family business, started by a couple of Uruguayan wine lovers. We always try to get involved in the process, learn, meet most of the producers in person, share a moment, a conversation, a dinner, we go to fairs, harvestings and, in the middle of all that, bring a van loaded with bottles for you.
