Vintage: 2024
Vinification: 100% Garnacha Tinta, grown on clay-limestone soils rich in iron. Carbonic maceration for one month in stainless steel tanks. Total production of 1,000 bottles. The wine is then pressed and kept in the same tanks for one year, followed by 4 months in bottle before being released for distribution.

The vineyard is located in the Terra Alta region, near the town of Bot, a well-known wine village in the autonomous community of Catalonia.

As someone is still trying to understand natural wine, this was exactly the wine store I needed to visit. The owners were superb, welcoming me as if I was a local. I heard all about the natural wines in Spain, some of the history behind them and their creators.
