Wine Type: Rose/Orange
Vinification: To preserve its vibrant freshness and signature electric acidity, the wine is aged in fiberglass or stainless steel tanks. Prior to this, both the Chenin Blanc and the Syrah (often crafted in a blanc de noirs style) undergo a gentle direct press, limiting skin contact and giving the wine its subtle rosé-orange color and silky, delicate texture.

As someone is still trying to understand natural wine, this was exactly the wine store I needed to visit. The owners were superb, welcoming me as if I was a local. I heard all about the natural wines in Spain, some of the history behind them and their creators. And I walked out the door with a few of the local natural wines under my arm (to take back to Australia). Cannot recommend enough if you’re looking for Spanish natural wine!!
